Outre un aspect esth\u00e9tique peu valorisant pour la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, cet encrassement ext\u00e9rieur pr\u00e9sentait aussi un risque quotidien pour la circulation des r\u00e9sidents (escaliers, rampes, all\u00e9es, acc\u00e8s garage, etc). Enfin, cela contribuait \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation et l&rsquo;encrassement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des parties communes des diff\u00e9rents b\u00e2timents de cette
